Carla received her bachelor’s degree in business from Fort Hays State University and her master’s degree in management from Baker University. Carla currently serves as COF's Chief Financial Officer.  Carla has previous experience with COF as grant writer and project manager. During her first year of working in that position, Carla brought in over $400,000 in grants and commodities for COF and the individuals receiving services. Carla has previous experience in working in COF's accounting department having started as the bookkeeper.  She currently serves as Treasurer for Friends of COF. Carla is active in her community, serving on Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce.  Carla is currently responsible overseeing the financial aspects of COF Training Services and follow-up on grants which help support or enrich the lives of those persons participating in COF Training Services, Inc.
