Persons employed to assist, train and support the mission and goals of COF Training Servicdes, Inc. receive mandated training in the following areas:
- First Aid
- Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation
- On-the-job training for all aspects of job responsibilities, and
- Continual training on the latest changes in the social service industry.
COF Training Services, Inc. believes that by enforcing a “clean-air” policy we are encouraging a healthier work and living environment for the individuals receiving services as well as for the staff.
