With the help of our volunteers, we can truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve!

Want to enjoy a picnic at the park during warm weather with a few individuals?  Want to pitch softballs, take a walk, teach someone how to knit a basic scarf, or take a trip to a drive-through for a drink?  We want you!  Volunteering experiences do not need to be complex or elaborate.  They do need to be fun and positive for the people who participate. Perhaps you have a special skill or talent which would enrich the lives of those persons who receive services from COF.  Let us know what that is so we might assist you with that volunteer service.

We are currently offer the following volunteer experiences:

• Read aloud at the day centers or at the residences.  Individuals enjoy having newspapers, books, articles, etc. read aloud to them. 

• Assist with or initiate art projects.

• Provide rides to church and community activites.
