From early roles in piece-rate contracts to positions at Integrated Employment Enterprises, a local daycare, and the auditorium, Meri embraced each challenge with unwavering dedication. But her greatest fulfillment comes from her current role—serving as a Direct Support Professional and Job Coach. With firsthand experience of overcoming obstacles, she empowers others to navigate their own journeys toward independence and success.
